To be eligible for a return or exchange, customers must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the opening of the sealed package until the product is fully revealed — without any pauses, edits, or filters. This video serves as proof in case of any product damage.

Requests submitted without valid video proof will not be accepted. Please note that any damage caused after delivery or during handling by the customer will not qualify for a refund or replacement.

If your return request is approved, the product must be sent back in its original condition, including all packaging materials and jewelry boxes. Once the returned product is received and inspected, please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.
